Best

Resilience: Great perk for just about anything. We'll Make It: Possibly the best healing perk besides Adrenaline. Sprint Burst: If 99'd properly, it can be the most reliable exhaustion perk. Adrenaline: Only activates once but when used with communication is insanely effective at extending the last chase, even against N.O.E.D. Balanced Landing: Can turn a generally unfavorable portion of the map into an on demand speed boost. Deliverance: Very useful as long as you're not chased first. Off the Record: Very useful anti-tunnelling perk.

Great

Déjà Vu: Used to be a bad info perk, now it grants 6% speed on shown generators. Hope: Fun for looping in endgame. Kindred: Sometimes the best solo queue perk. Small Game: Great totem perk. Bond: Helpful to avoid being chased, for taking hits, healing, and doing gens. Prove Thyself: Often speeds up at least the first and last gens when survivors are grouped together. Empathy: Similar to bond but often more useful as it's map wide. Botany Knowledge: A solid choice for faster healing. Self-Care: Please don't. Decisive Strike: Can be used in conjunction with Off the Record and Dead Hard. Unbreakable: Counters slugging and pairs nicely with other perks such as Deliverance and Decisive Strike but most killers don't slug. Lithe: While a great exhaustion perk, it's a bit less useful due to its activation method. We're Gonna Live Forever: Useful anti-slugging perk. Dead Hard: While not as good as it used to be, it's still an extremely useful exhaustion perk that is almost always activatable. Wake Up!: Good for endgame clutches. Aftercare: Can feel like more of a perk for your teammates, which is always nice. Distortion: Very useful for deducing a killer's build, even more so with communication. Head On: This perk can often turn very lost chases into slightly longer ones by turning lockers into a strength. Inner Strength: A nice self healing perk. Lucky Break: Good stealth perk thats guaranteed to proc at least once. For the People: A very useful anti-slugging and anti-tunnelling perk. Desperate Measures: Good for hook camping clutches due to the faster unhook speed. Built to Last: Great item perk. Counterforce: Great totem speed-up perk. Empathic Connection: A reverse Empathy that works similarly to Aftercare. Overzealous: Gen speed for totem cleansing. Reassurance: Great anti-camp utility. Hyperfocus: Can provide a fun challenge on generators. Background Player: Great for saves. Dramaturgy: Luck based exhaustion perk. Plot Twist: Anti-slug and healing perk. Strength in Shadows: Great self healing perk. Wicked: Great self unhooking perk. Specialist: Niche, but useful against three gens.

Mid

No One Left Behind: Good but only activates during the endgame. Plunderer's Instinct: Just a chest info perk. Premonition: An okay way to detect undetectable killers. Does not work against Victor of the Twins. Slippery Meat: Only useful when paired with Up the Ante. Spine Chill: It used to work through walls but now that it doesn't it's main use is clutches and knowing when you're being stalked. Leader: This perk tends to speed up actions which are sped up faster by individual perks such as Botany Knowledge and Wake Up. Quick & Quiet: The killer will often see you vault rendering this perk useless, I've also found you can 'Head On' just as easily without it. Iron Will: Used to be good, but is now generally outclassed by Off the Record. Calm Spirit: Good against some killers, useless against others. Saboteur: Can be used to find and stop scourge hook perks which is nice, but generally a toolbox is more useful. Streetwise: Can be useful, but Built to Last is generally better. Object of Obsession: Useful for finding out killer perks, but Distortion is usually better. Open-Handed: Useful but does not stack with other instances. Up the Ante: The only real use of this perk is for taking chances off hook, stacks very well with Slippery Meat and other instances of itself. Borrowed Time: Was once a necessity for unhooking, is now just okay. Dwarfed by Off the Record until endgame collapse. Alert: While not a bad perk, it isn't very useful. Pharmacy: Another self healing perk. Vigil: Barely noticeable since you'll usually get your exhaustion bad with several seconds to spare or via unhooking. Not worth using with Sprint Burst either. Tenacity: Less useful anti-slug perk than Unbreakable. Detective's Hunch: Useful map info. Stake Out: Useful for beginners and/or skill check builds. Dance With Me: Only majorly useful on indoor maps. Windows of Opportunity: Useful for beginners, seeing the random tile generation, and seeing which resources your team has already used. Boil Over: Mainly just used to mess with the killer. Diversion: Pebble. Breakdown: Could be useful for denying subsequent scourge hooks. Solidarity: A very niche healing speed perk. Poised: Very forgettable stealth perk. Flip-Flop: Less useful than Unbreakable anti-slugging perk, but this ones funny. Buckle Up: Good with For the People. Mettle of Man: While at one point it has a guaranteed activation, now its only real use is in sabo builds. Better Together: A nice perk for people to find you on generators. Fixated: Makes your walking 20% faster and lets you see scratch marks. Babysitter: Good for saving teammates from being tunneled. Camaraderie: Less likely to be useful Reassurance. Second Wind: Less likely to be useful Inner Strength. Any Means Necessary: Sometimes useful if the killer does not choose to break pallets immediately. Breakout: Useful sabo build perk. Soul Guard: Useful when paired with Decisive Strike and Unbreakable. Blood Pact: Semi-useful aura reading perk for only the obsession. Repressed Alliance: Semi-useful generator blocking perk for survivor. Visionary: Semi-useful on indoor maps, but Deja Vu is better. Deception: An okay stealth perk that gets better when paired with other locker perks. Power Struggle: Funny pallet dropping perk. Fast Track: Okay gen perk. Smash Hit: Probably the hardest exhaustion perk to proc reliably. Self-Preservation: Okay stealth perk. Resurgence: Okay healing perk. Blast Mine: Funny gen stun perk. Bite the Bullet: Okay stealth healing perk. Flashbang: Funny. Rookie Spirit: Okay gen info perk. Clairvoyance: Okay info perk. Overcome: I hope the killer can't insta-down. Boon: Exponential: Good for creating a safe zone against slugging. Parental Guidance: A fun stealth perk activated by stuns. Boon: Dark Theory: Can be occasionally useful. Wiretap: Good info. Reactive Healing: Another mediocre healing perk. Low Profile: Could be useful in slugging games. Better than New: This perk was only noteworthy while in the PTB because it also sped up generator progress. Fogwise: Similar to Alert. Quick Gambit: Encourages a bad playstle but still might be useful for coordinated teams. Friendly Competition: Probably the worst gen speed perk for how niche it is. Teamwork: Power of Two: Okay speed perk. Cut Loose: Fun mid chase stealth perk. Blood Rush: Could be useful while being tunneled. Teamwork: Collective Stealth: Okay stealth perk with a lot of required setup. Troubleshooter: Okay info perk. Made for This: Released in a blatantly overpowered state, now it just pairs well with For the People and Buckle Up. Scene Partner: Okay info perk for chases. Chemical Trap: Light-Footed: Lucky Star: Champion of Light: Fun flashlight perk. Boon: Illumination: Okay info and totem perk. Deadline: Fun for a challenge but is severely outclassed by perks such as Resilience. Mirrored Illusion: Fun trickery perk. Bardic Inspiration: Luck based, noisy, and requires you to be performing an action for 15 seconds. Still Sight: Okay info perk. Finesse: Funny vault speed perk. Hardened: Takes far too long to charge up for such a niche of a use that it only works effectively against three killer powers and Infectious Fright. Exultation: Fun perk, I still don't know why a Belmont would have a flashlight. Moment of Glory: Worse Inner Strength that shows itself to the killer.

Bad

Dark Sense: This won't reveal undetectable killers, and killers who aren't undetectable already have a heartbeat. Lightweight: Inconsistent at what it says it does. This Is Not Happening: Isn't even that good for beginners. Urban Evasion: Simply makes your crouch speed the same as your walk speed. Sole Survivor: It acts as a worse Distortion. Ace in the Hole: Good for item farming, but pretty useless if you just bring your own. Left Behind: This is only good for solo escapes. Technician: It exists to be a tool for beginners, as Feng Min is free on consoles. No Mither: Pronounced 'My-thur', this is the worst perk in the game. Autodidact: A healing speed perk that starts with worse healing speeds. Red Herring: A harder to pull off Diversion. Appraisal: Just an item farming perk. Boon: Circle of Healing: Too much effort for a healing perk as it is currently. Boon: Shadow Step: Just not very useful for the time investment required. Corrective Action: I would only imagine this used while teaching a friend how to play. Inner Focus: Worse Empathy. Residual Manifest: A slower worse Pharmacy. Potential Energy: It allows you to do gens slower. Scavenger: A significantly worse Built to Last. Invocation: Weaving Spiders: Most of the time this perk will be completely useless, with the added cap to generator regression there really isn't much need for this perk anyway. Eyes of Belmont: Used to be Dark Sense's ability, I still hope the killer doesn't have Rancor.
